2. Introduction
GreenPlay Foundation is a community-driven nonprofit organization based in Nairobi, Kenya, using football as a transformative tool for education, empowerment, and environmental stewardship. Through football, we provide youth—especially those in Nairobi’s slum areas—with a safe space to learn, grow, and take part in climate action initiatives such as tree planting, clean-up campaigns, and plastic recycling.
The Greenplay Environment Cup 2025 is a flagship tournament that brings together young footballers, environmental champions, and community stakeholders under one powerful message: Football for Nature.
